Terms of Sale
Minimum OrderOur minimum order is $75.00. All goods are sold FOB origin, which is usually Seattle. We will accept Mastercard, Visa, or American Express.
Symbols and DimensionsUnless otherwise noted, all dimensions are in inches. All dimensions of boxes and bags are listed in the same order: side-side x front-back x top-bottom. For the round containers, dimensions are diameter x depth. All dimensions reflect actual usable space.
Sample OrdersWe happily pack sample orders for you. Free items commonly sent include: cellophane bags and polypropylene bags, non wire edged ribbons, foil color swatches (3" x 3" only), tissue, hot stamped ribbon, hard bottom bags, and colored shred. Sample items that require boxing in order to be shipped securely will be charged for at each item's individual price. Wire edged ribbon can be sent in free 3" snips or in increments of one yard for $1.00 per yard. Freight will be charged for sample orders requiring boxing. Sample orders may not be returned for credit.
ShippingMost of our orders are shipped via UPS from our warehouse within 48 hours of receipt. We give priority to overnight and second-day air orders. These orders are usually shipped the same day if received before 3:00 PM PST. If an order is time-critical, please phone it in to us so we can insure inventory availability and ship immediately. Call (206) 545-1850. Shipping and handling costs are added to all orders.
ReturnsContact customer service if you wish to return merchandise. You may return unused merchandise within 30 days with the following exceptions and conditions:
- You must have a Return Authorization Number. Customer Service will give this to you.
- Returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- All discontinued and seasonal merchandise sales are final. No returns, will be accepted.
